Gillie Tomlinson, previously head of institutional business development at io investors, the multimanager specialist, has resurfaced at Artemis Investment Management, the retail specialist, to head its push into the institutional market.

Tomlinson took voluntary redundancy at io, after less than six months, having been with Cazenove Fund Management for many years.
