Top Carlyle dealmaker leaves to join rival

A senior deal maker at US buyout giant Carlyle Group has left the firm’s London office to join rival investment firm Centerbridge Partners, FN's sister publication Private Equity News reports.

Alex Stirling has joined Centerbridge as one of five senior managing directors based in the firm’s London office, according to Centerbridge’s website.
