Arqiva eyes £6bn London listing
Arqiva has engaged Barclays, Goldman Sachs, HSBC and JP Morgan Chase to advise it on a potential £6bn London listing, as part of a dual-track process, including a trade sale. The UK telecommunications infrastructure provider is backed by the Canada Pension Plan Investment Board. (Times)

UBS private banking arm tops wealth management rankings
The private banking unit of UBS, which manages $2.1tn, topped the ranking of global wealth managers in terms of assets under management, reveals a new study of 200 firms by Scorpio Partnership. Bank of America, and Morgan Stanley – each with assets a shade below $2trn – followed the Swiss lender. (FT)
