London hedge fund manager Toscafund Asset Management has struck its first private equity deal, FN's sister publication Private Equity Newsreports.

Toscafund has agreed to invest more than £30m in wealth management boutique Plurimi Wealth for a significant minority stake, according to people familiar with the matter.
