BNY Mellon hands general counsel extra responsibilities 
BNY Mellon has promoted Susan Revell to the newly created role of deputy chair of Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Revell retains her responsibility as general counsel for the region. She joined BNY Mellon in 2013 from Morgan Stanley.

Saxo Bank names regional CEOs
Trading and investment firm Saxo Bank has named chief executives for two of its regions. Vitali Butbaev, formerly of Velstand Capital, has been appointed head of its central and eastern Europe operations. While Steve Weller, formerly of Sberbank, has been named as CEO of the Middle East and North Africa.
