Citi hires high yield specialist
Citigroup has hired Richard Caldwell as a senior high-yield salesman. Caldwell, who will start in September, will report into the firm’s European head of high yield Nathan Stone. His hire follows the appointment of Lawrence Rintari as a senior loans salesman and Simon Francis as co-head of Emea leveraged finance earlier this year.

Hermes names four new hires
Asset manager Hermes Investment Management has made four appointments to its London sales and client relationship teams. Antoinette Eltz has joined as a director from Twelve Capital, Thomas Shuttlewood has joined as a client service manager from Fidelity Worldwide Investment, Dan Churchouse has joined as an associate director from Kames Capital, and Siman Thind has joined as an associate director from Morgan Stanley Investment Management.
