Credit Suisse's head of compliance for its UK and European investment bank is set to depart during a critical period for the Swiss lender as it prepares to complete its takeover by rival UBS. Mark Taylor, a financial crime specialist who joined Credit Suisse from Goldman Sachs in 2018, will leave the Swiss bank by June.
Meanwhile, two UK-based dealmakers are set to join competitors in the City, as rival banks circle for talent after the tie-up. PJT Partners has hired Elisa Bianco, a managing director who leads Credit Suisse's coverage of luxury and consumer health companies in Europe. Oliver Tucker, who was named head of wealth management investment banking advisory for the UK in January last year, has joined Santander's corporate and investment bank.
