Another week, another round of pay rises for junior bankers. But this time, there's a twist; its the boutiques leading the way, rather than the Wall Street giants.

PJT Partners raised entry-level salaries salary to £70,000, putting the boutique among the highest paying banks in the City for analysts. Perella Weinberg Partners did the same, putting them right up there with Goldman Sachs as the top payers around.
