Savills appoints in Asia
Savills Investment Management appointed Benedict Lai as Asia research manager. Lai was most recently at PGIM Real Estate and held posts at Capital Malls Asia and Jones Lang LaSalle. He will report to chief investment officer Kiran Patel.

Willis Towers Watson hired Paul Devitt as director in its global services and solutions consultancy practice. Based in London, Devitt joined from Aon Risk Solutions where he specialised in global benefits.
