Hogan Lovells boosts funds practice
Law firm Hogan Lovells has hired Jonathan Baird as an investment funds partner in its London office. Baird joins from Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer where he was a partner for more than a decade.

RBC hires from ICAP
RBC Investor & Treasury Services has appointed Wendy Phillis as a managing director to lead its governance and regulatory group in Europe and Asia Pacific. Phillis joins from ICAP where she was group chief risk and compliance officer and prior to that worked at State Street.
