Treasury launches review of financial services regulation to ‘take back control’ after leaving EU

City Minister John Glen announced the review in a LinkedIn post saying that the country has a 'unique opportunity'

City Minister John Glen launched a regulatory framework review for the UK to “take back control of the decisions” governing the country’s financial services sector.

“We now have a unique opportunity, following our departure from the European Union, to take back control of the decisions governing the sector,” Glen wrote in a LinkedIn post on 20 October.
