Trema, a financial technology firm providing treasury management, has hired Rudi Schlett as a general manager for Central Europe to spearhead the company's expansion in the region. The appointment comes as spending on treasury management technology gathers pace with the recovery of the financial markets.

Schlett will be responsible for generating new sales and servicing Trema's customer base across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
