The founders and managing partners at a hedge fund subsidiary of German insurer Allianz Group have resigned following a merger.

The three top executives left Allianz Hedge Fund Partners at the end of March to pursue "entrepreneurial interests". They include chief investment officer Madhav Misra, and the co-heads of marketing and distribution, Philippe Collot and Johan Ahlstrom.
