Trio resume bookrunning roles in Danish TDC sale

ABN Amro Rothschild, Citigroup and Goldman Sachs on Wednesday led a Dkr4.4bn (€591m) sale of a stake in TDC, the Danish telecoms firm, less than five months after running a record equity sale in the same stock.

The three banks were joint bookrunners on the deal in which SBC Communications, the US telecoms company, will sell its remaining 20.6 million TDC shares.
