The London-based private equity owner of sightseeing business Big Bus Tours has recruited for the new role of head of investor relations as it invests the £1 billion fund it raised in 2015 for UK investments.

Exponent Private Equity has hired Marious Ostlie from Triton. Ostlie started on June 1 in the newly established role, an Exponent spokesman confirmed in an email to Financial News.
