Russian investment bank Troika Dialog has appointed Elena Shilina as the head of its private banking group. Shilina had previously been head of the Sberbank of Russia-Troika Dialog integration committee, which formed to handle the merger of the two financial institutions last year. Prior to that she had been head of private banking at Nomos Bank.
