TT International, the European equity and hedge fund specialist, has appointed SEI Investments, the US-multi-manager, to take on its mutual fund distribution and fund administration in the US.

SEI is replacing Investors Bank & Trust. It will provide fund accounting, administration, marketing and distribution services for the TT Active International and Europe Mutual Funds in the US. SEI was appointed because of its competence in the area that will enable TT to build its mutual fund business in the US. At the same time, TT appointed RR Donnelly as document keepers and Northern Trust as custodian.
