Senior female executives at the City’s largest firms are twice as likely to experience “extreme levels” of daily stress than male peers.

Data analytics company PQ analysed the heart rates of around 40 London-based senior execs at 10 finance firms, including asset managers, investment banks, insurance companies and private equity firms. It found that more than a third of the female execs tracked averaged at least 12 hours of stress a day, including weekends and mealtimes, according to data exclusive to Financial News.
