Two former executives at Coutts & Co have emerged in new roles at other financial institutions, just months after a restructuring at the private banking and wealth adviser owned by UK banking group Royal Bank of Scotland.

Arne Hassel, former head of investment at Coutts, is joining Barclays' wealth and investment management division as chief investment officer for global investment solutions, according to a statement from the bank on September 7.
