UBS has appointed a new head of wealth management for France, amid a reorganisation that has led to the creation of a new business unit focused on emerging European markets.

Thierry de Chambure has been appointed as chairman of the holding company UBS France, a position that involves overseeing domestic wealth management in France. The Swiss bank now has 10 offices spread across the country.
