The investment arm of UBS is targeting more than £100 million for a new UK real estate fund – four years since the rescue of its flagship Triton Property Fund.

UBS Asset Management’s real estate team, led by Howard Meaney since 2012, has approached investors about raising the new fund in recent weeks.
