The woman who accused UBS of mishandling her allegations of rape by a senior employee at the Swiss company has met with the chief executive of the lender’s investment bank.
It is the first time that Andrea Orcel, who is also an executive board member of UBS, has come face to face with the former graduate trainee since she wrote to him in July outlining what she says were a series of failures in how the bank dealt with her allegations of sexual misconduct.
