UBS has named the leaders of its investment bank after the completion of its merger with cross-town rival, as senior Credit Suisse executives step down in the wake of the deal.
Michael Ebert, who was promoted to co-head Credit Suisse's investment bank in a leadership overhaul last year, has been named head of Credit Suisse for the investment bank, according to an internal memo seen by Financial News. Ebert, who has a background as an equities trader, will also take on a new role as head of the Americas, according to the memo from UBS's investment bank chief Rob Karofsky.
