Andrea Orcel asks UBS staff: ‘Where do you want to live after Brexit?’

The Swiss bank is factoring in employee preference to its Brexit decision-making

UBS has adopted a novel approach to its post-Brexit relocation plans: asking staff where they would like to go.

The Swiss bank has more than 5,000 employees in London, according to comments made by its chairman Axel Weber in January, and is one of the small handful of firms that have not yet revealed their plans for operating within the European Union when the UK exits the bloc.
