Beeson Gregory, the UK-based investment bank, has appointed UBS Warburg as financial adviser and joint stockbroker.

The corporate advisory and stockbroking firm floated last April with Donaldson Lufkin & Jenrette was the sponsor of the listing. However, Beeson Gregory has decided to drop DLJ as financial adviser in favour of UBS, as several of the DLJ bankers who worked on the float left around the time it was bought by Credit Suisse First Boston last year.
