UBS shifted one of its most senior debt bankers into a vice chair role in its investment bank in a bid to drum up more business from key clients.
Vinod Vasan, who joined the Swiss bank five years ago as head of coverage within its European debt capital markets unit, has been named vice chair of global banking, according to an internal memo seen by Financial News.
