Lord Jonathan Hill, who was one of the UK's top politicians in Brussels before the Brexit vote forced him to stand down, has a new role advising UBS's investment banking clients on political developments.

Lord Hill has been named a senior adviser in the Swiss bank's corporate client solutions unit, which advises companies on deal advisory and capital markets underwriting, according to an internal memo seen by Financial News.
