UBS, Sarasin score poorly in German private banking study

UBS and Bank Sarain managed to rank only 20th and 19th respectively out of 26 private banks measured for service quality by a leading German consultancy.

Top of the list, compiled by the German Institute for Service Quality (Institut für Service-Qualität), was the Augsburg-based Fürst Fugger Privatbank.
