UBS, which is on a drive to more than double its funds arm's profits to Sfr1 billion, has hired a former BlackRock marketer to spearhead its growth push in Europe, as part of a wider marketing reshuffle.

UBS's asset management arm, which had $628 billion under management as of March 31, has named Jet Lali as its regional head of marketing for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, according to three people familiar with the matter.
