EO, the electronic share distribution platform, has established a partnership with UBS Warburg to offer online distribution of the investment bank's equity offerings to retail investors.

Last month, EO elbowed out competition in the UK market to act as the online retail distribution platform for the upcoming £400m (€647m) flotation by Carphone Warehouse, the UK mobile phone retailer, in a deal led by Credit Suisse First Boston.
