UBS Warburg has won a lucrative prime brokerage contract from Adelphi Capital, an equity hedge fund, just days after Alex Ehrlich's resignation from rival Goldman Sachs to join the Swiss bank.

Ehrlich, co-head of global securities services at Goldman, is considered pivotal in the industry. UBS Warburg will act as Adelphi's second prime broker, providing services to hedge funds, alongside Goldman.
