UBS’s head of equity capital markets syndicate in Europe is set to leave the bank after more than 13 years.

François-Olivier Mercier, who took charge of the ECM syndicate team for Europe, the Middle East and Africa at UBS in 2018, is due to depart the bank, according to people familiar with the matter.
