The UK is banning the export of services such as accountancy, public relations and management consultancy to Russia, UK foreign secretary Liz Truss said.

“Cutting Russia’s access to British services will put more pressure on the Kremlin and ultimately help ensure Putin fails in Ukraine,” Truss said in a 4 May statement.
