UK pension fund axes four managers

The £1.7bn (€2.46bn) Staffordshire County Council Pension Fund has dropped Baring Asset Management, Deutsche Asset Management, Jupiter and Putnam as part of a restructuring.

As part of the re-shuffle, Invesco and Lombard Odier Darier Hentsch will have to retender: Invesco for a £119m Far East equities mandate and Lombard for £221m of global bonds.
