UK pension funds face reform challenge

Three quarters of UK workplace retirement schemes, covering 83% of UK workers, will have to make changes to comply with 2012 pension reforms, according to the National Association of Pension Funds.

From 2012 all UK employees between 22 and state pension age earning around £5,000 a year will have to be automatically enrolled into a pension scheme that meets a minimum standard.
