Global Risk Management Services, the independent research house specialising in socially responsible investment research, has poached two analysts from the Pensions Investment Research Consultancy (Pirc).

Andy White and James Leaton have both joined from the UK proxy voting agency to concentrate on non-financial research covering the social, environmental and corporate governance performance of major companies.
