UniCredit revamped the senior leadership of its investment bank in Germany, the latest changes at the top of the unit that is growing under new chief executive Andrea Orcel.
The Italian lender promoted Jan Kupfer to lead a new division advising companies in Germany, which combines its corporate and investment bank and a unit serving entrepreneurs in the country. The team of coverage bankers from the two units will now sit in one team.
