FCA faces legal action if it fails to recognise staff union

The Financial Conduct Authority has until 17 November to respond to a request for its 4,200 workers to unionise or it faces legal action,  the general secretary of workplace union Unite has warned.

Unite's Sharon Graham wrote to the FCA's Nikhil Rathi on 3 November to "demand trade union recognition for the workforce", according to a statement from the organisation.
