The US financial services firm Raymond James is hiring investment bankers to fill a new office in London, which it believes will continue to serve as a hub for technology investment after Brexit.

The Florida-based firm is on the hunt for office space ahead of a planned September launch and has already recruited senior executives to lead what will initially be a 15-strong team. It is targeting hires from bulge-bracket banks in the City, according to Melville Mummert, head of European investment banking at Raymond James.
