US equity capital markets to end 2002 at six-year low

Business volumes in US equity capital markets are set to finish the year at their lowest levels since 1996.

New issuance volumes in US equity capital markets is projected to finish the year at $143.4bn (€143.2bn), according to analysis by Dealogic, the investment banking data firm.
