US venture capital association shakes up board

The US National Venture Capital Association has announced a leadership shakeup. Josh Green, general partner of Mohr Davidow Ventures,has been elected as the 2013-2014 chairman of the board of directors on a one-year term. He replaces Ray Rothrock, general partner at Venrock. The NVCA has named Scott Sandell, general partner at New Enterprise Associates, as chair-elect for the 2014-2015 year. He also joins the board executive committee. Six new directors have also been appointed for four-year terms. They are Scott Kupor, Sue Siegel, John Backus, Art Pappas, Mark Leschly, and Jim Healy.
