Vaccine supply issues won’t impact lifting UK restrictions, minister says

There will be vaccine supply issues in the weeks ahead but there’s “no reason to believe” it will impact the lifting of restrictions, the UK’s housing secretary has said.

“We always said right from the beginning that a new manufacturing process would have its lumps and bumps and that has been the case in the past and I’m sure it will be in the future," Robert Jenrick told Sky News on 18 March.
