A PwC partner misled investors and misused expenses at an exercise bike startup where he was a director, a court has ruled.

The High Court awarded two investors in the company nearly $1.6m after they sued PwC partner Oliver Bernath and his wife Ratna Singh, alleging they were misled when investing in the business, according to a 21 December judgment.
