Vanguard and Fidelity link pay to gender diversity targets

Industry titans bring in new measures as they implement Women in Finance Charter commitments

Vanguard and Fidelity link pay to gender diversity targets

Vanguard and Fidelity International, two of the world’s biggest asset managers, have started tying gender diversity targets to the pay of their most senior executives as the investment industry battles with accusations that it is run by white males.
