Vanguard, the low-cost US asset management behemoth, has appointed former regulator and ex-global fund industry lobbyist Dan Waters to the board of its UK business.
Waters, who until his retirement at the end of 2018 was managing director of ICI Global, the fund management trade association, joined Vanguard on July 11, according to a filing with Companies House.
