DVC Deutsche Venture Capital, a German start-up company, is hoping to circumvent current market conditions by branching into software opportunities, with two new hires from a Silicon Valley firm.

Both recruits are experienced managers from TeleSoft Europe, the European branch of TeleSoft Partners, a Silicon Valley venture capital company. They will be responsible for a new area of communication and semiconductor technologies.
