Vermeg, the Paris-based financial software company, has acquired part of Diagram, a supplier of software solutions for capital markets, from Reuters France.

Vermeg will take control of three back-office asset management systems developed by the firm. These are Euro OPC, a mutual fund administration system, and GPI and DAM, which are both back-office systems for institutional investors.
