The legal action taken out against start-up boutique Vestra Wealth by Swiss bank UBS has been settled ahead of a full trial which was due to have taken place in October.

Earlier this month, UBS won an injunction against four of its advisers due to be joining Vestra which prevented them from taking its UK clients with them.
