Paul Kelly, global director of pensions at mobile phone group Vodafone, has quit the company to join human resources consultant Towers Perrin.

In his former role Kelly was responsible for all the retirement plans within Vodafone, one of the UK's largest multinationals with 70,000 employees operating in 17 countries.
