NEW YORK (Dow Jones) -- John Andrews, head of investor relations at Goldman Sachs, is leaving the Wall Street firm for a job at Citadel Investment Group, a hedge fund giant that oversees about $16bn (€11.5bn).

The move comes only weeks after Goldman Sachs' head of US public relations, Peter Rose, announced that he was decamping for Blackstone Group, the giant private equity firm. Both had been managing directors at Goldman, a title Andrews will retain at Citadel.
